The company GVA Sawyer was founded in January 1993 with the aim of providing a full spectrum of real estate services including development and construction, consulting and business planning, brokerage, financial engineering and investment attraction. Development and construction are the main activity of GVA Sawyer. The zakazchik-developer and general contractor’s functions are certified by a license. Acting as a developer, the company provides the complete support of construction works to clients in accordance with the regulations of the Russian legislation. We carry out development project management from elaboration of a concept to completion of works and commissioning of the object. To make transactions, valuation works are often necessary, i.e. asset analysis and valuation.
