President of Sawyer Group Vera Setskaya spoke within the business discussion “Offices, warehouses, retail and hotels – what would bring profit to the investor?” highlighting the issue of selecting and preparing the project for successful attraction of investors.
In the framework of the presentation, the basic criteria of a successful project in today’s conditions were mentioned, including the possibility of phasing, multi-functionality and the possibility of using PPPs. The presentation was illustrated with project examples, including the multifunctional Sawyer Group project in Helsinki, as well as projects of successful developers in Moscow and the regions.
