On June 4, in Tyumen took place the Federal Real Estate Summit, which brought together experts from various cities of the Russian Federation.
The summit was also attended by representatives of the City Administration. The participants discussed challenges of modern cities and key trends of their upgrowth, prospects for the housing development in the context of the new law on financing via escrow accounts, the latest IT technologies required to be fully effective and efficient.
Sawyer Group President V. Setskaya made a report on approaches to the renovation of industrial estate and production facilities, the qualitative development of the urban environment by redeveloping industrial areas.
The report presented cases from the consulting and development practice of Sawyer Group, such as the renovation concept for the “Arma” factory, the concept of the reconstruction of the industrial facilities at Spartakovsky lane, bld. 2, the reconstruction of the former Train Factory building complex in central Helsinki (Konepaja).
