A Conference on Public Private Partnerships in Real Estate.
Cameron Sawyer delivered a report at the round table organized by The Guild of Property Managers and Developers (GUD) in conjunction with Moscow Institute of Real Estate Economics. The topic of discussion was the Public Private Partnerships in real estate: new opportunities for national and business economic development.
The round table took place on 27th of November and was designed for private owners in real estate industry, in particular for managers of construction, development and management companies, experts in state structures dealing with real estate businessmen, representatives of investment funds, Russian ventures company, concessions and banks implementing the Government’s support program of small and medium businesses.
Cameron Sawyer, Chairman of Board of directors of GVA Sawyer delivered a report “Practice and implementation procedures for PPP projects in Russia and worldwide”. Cameron reported about the experience of the London network partner – GVA Grimley concerning the depressed territories redevelopment within the private public partnership program and the causes of such cooperation between the private and public sectors and the mechanism for its implementation in England.
Along with Cameron Sawyer Kira Smirnova, Strategic Development Director of Consulting Department, also participated at the round table.
