Russia: GVA Sawyer has completed the first contract work for “Don-Stroy” company

GVA Sawyer has completed the first contract work for “Don-Stroy” company - consulting of housing projects under construction.

We hope this project will lay the foundation for productive and long-term cooperation between GVA Sawyer and “Don-Stroy” companies.

In August 2009, Don-Stroy’s press service noted that “DON-STROY”, one of the leading development companies in Moscow, continues realization of residential complexes in partnership with VTB Bank.

The DON-Stroy group of companies is one of the leading developers in the Moscow real estate market. Today the core group is made up of more than 50 projects – either fully realized or currently in the process of being constructed and developed – in the area of residential and commercial real estate with the total area of over 5 000 000 sq.m.
