Saint Petersburg: GVA Sawyer found a land plot for the second outlet Centre in Russia

A transaction for purchasing a land plot in Saint Petersburg for the second FASHION HOUSE Outlet Centre in Russia has been completed . GVA Sawyer acted as a broker representing the land plot owner Credor management company.

The land plot fully satisfied the requirements of the operator FASHION HOUSE Development . In the course of the deal GVA Sawyer’s experts carried out a technical audit of the site and confirmed the possibility of construction of the targeted amount of retail space.

The land plot is located to the South-West from Saint Petersburg on a major highway intersection. The site area is 12,4 hectares and is 10-minutes ride from the Pulkovo airport.
