Russia: GVA Sawyer will help to implement the second stage of Shopping and Entertainment Centre «Europe»

GVA Sawyer started to develop the concept of shopping and entertainment centre «Europe» in Kaliningrad. The customer of the second stage project development is Kaliningrad Company «Gamma Invest Group» for which GVA Sawyer provided the consulting services concerning the renovation of the central part of the city in 2008.

Shopping and entertainment centre «Europe» is on the top of regional and Russian shopping and entertainment centers, it has won such awards as: FIABSI-2008 Prix d’Excelence, «Shopping centre-2008» of Russian Union of Shopping Centers, «Golden Brick» CRE Federal Awards in «Multifunction Real Estate» nomination in 2009

The result of the developed concept of the second stage of Shopping and Entertainment Centre "Europe" will conclude the description of the business idea, which delivers the competitiveness and efficiency to the largest shopping and entertainment centre in Kaliningrad region.

Together with STUDIO QUADRA,the architect of the project, GVA Sawyer will prepare the scheme of the functional zoning of the project and will give the recommendations concerning the parameters of rent premises, parking, design decisions, technical characteristics of constructions and engineering systems of the building.
