Moscow: Special meeting of Investment and Construction club

On June 9th the special meeting “Complete the «incomplete» - mission impossible?!” of Investment and Construction club will be held. GVA Sawyer will act as a co-organizer of the meeting. Vera Setskaya, President of GVA Sawyer, will appear among other speakers. The place of the club meeting is “Vostok” Tower of “Federation” Complex, on Krasnopresnenskaya embankment, 16. Meeting begins at 13-30.

In 2009 many construction projects were suspended. The absence of demand, credit programs and developers “took a ready position”. Today market situation revives the construction sector. However, the “defrost” of the construction needs special resources – property or acquired.

How the project should be “loaded” for investor? How does project evaluation take place today? How to minimize risks? What kind of situation is forming on the mortgage credit market? What will be new financial market? and etc. Those questions will be in the center of speakers’ attention.
