Moscow: Session of the Investment and construction club

A regular session of the Investment and construction club on the subject “Completion of suspended construction – mission is possible?!” was held on June 9, 2010. GVA Sawyer was a co-organizer of the event. V. Setskaya, President of GVA Sawyer, made a presentation on the topic “How to “pack” the project for investor?”

The topics of lack of available bank credit programs, alternative ways of project financing and guarantees provided by specialized structures were discussed at the meeting. The issue of developers’ wait-and-see attitude was considered separately. Today, the market situation is favorable for recovery in the construction sector. However, "defrost" of construction requires resources - internal or borrowed. Speakers and experts spoke on how to attract these funds.
