On July 7, Natalia Abroskina, Head of Retail Department at Sawyer Group, read an on-line seminar “Business model of a shopping and shopping and recreation centre management company” in the framework of the Russian School of Management.

At the seminar, Natalia spoke about management companies’ basic principles, covered the formation of the staff structure of a management company, and detailed management companies’ core business processes.

Under crisis conditions in the commercial real estate market, the systematic work of management teams is coming to the fore, said Natalia.
