On June 17, Sawyer Group together with Vegas Lex​ law firm held a seminar “Anti-crisis rent. Tips for resolving disagreements”.

Igor Chumachenko, partner, head of “Real Estate.  Land. Construction” practice in Vegas Lex analyzed the legal framework for negotiations between landlords and tenants in the current climate and gave an interpretation of their practical application. Sawyer Group specialists Elena Shevchuk, Vice-President for Commercial Real Estate, and Natalia Abroskina, Head of Retail Real Estate, highlighted cases in office and retail segments and provided practical recommendations for negotiations.
