On June 4, President V. Setskaya and Vice President E. Shevchuk participated in an online meeting “Business Bridge” hosted by “Congress Collegium”business community and spoke on the topic “Effective real estate strategies in the new realities.”

The presentation covered, among other things, Sawyer Group’s services, which are in demand today, including assistance in negotiating lease agreements with tenants and lenders, recommendations on management companies’ work optimization, assistance in project redevelopment, technical audit of distressed assets. The new service provides search, analysis and acquisition of low-cost assets in Europe, Israel and the United States in cooperation with international company Avison Young.
