On September 19, within the framework of ProEstate International Real Estate Forum, Elena Shevchuk and Natalia Abroskina of Sawyer Group acted as spokespersons of the business program with practical seminars.
Elena Shevchuk held a workshop “Smart Marketing of Shopping Centres” which discussed the current situation on the Russian retail real estate market and the forecasts for the coming years, the main trends in the development of shopping centres and changes in consumer behavior. She also spoke on the ongoing diversification of shopping centers in cities into “top”, “sagging”, “dying” and on various strategies to work with them.
Natalia Abroskina`s seminar “Working with Tenants` Accounts Receivable” is a practical experience of proper organization of interaction with tenants of shopping centres to minimize the lessees’ indebtedness in rent. As well as algorithms of work with discount requests from the tenants of the shopping centres, an optimum procedure of decision-making on granting/not granting a discount and nuances of its documentary registration.
