The first phase of Fashion House outlet centre, will be constructed in 2012 5 km from Sheremetyevo international airport. The site area is 13 ha. It will have 40 000 sq.m of available space.

The first in Russia outlet mall will appear in the northwest of Moscow region in Solnechnogorsky municipality,15 km from MKAD (Moscow Ring Road). Fashion House will become the first professional outlet centre in Russia. It will offer high-quality fashion industry products with an essential discount, which is a breakthrough project for Russia.

The shopping centre is a joint project of GVA Sawyer, the local developer, and Fashion House Development company, which successfully manages all Fashion House properties in the countries of the Eastern Europe. The tenants of Fashion House in Europe are interested in promoting and selling their brands in the Russian Federation. That’s why a decision about the mall construction was made. European tenants the Fashion House are such famous brands as Adidas, Mexx, Prima Moda, D’oro, Ecco, Lee Cooper etc.

All Fashion House projects in Europe are distinguished by original architectural design and exquisite atmosphere. The concept and design of the Fashion House — Russia is developed by an international team of architects, it will have a unique image and style.

The new Fashion House property will be a one-storied building having modern interior design, service and engineering infrastructure. The mall will have an autonomous power supply system with a heat&power generating unit.

The first phase will have about 30 000 sq.m. of retail premises, the completion of second phase will add another 10 300 sq. m.
