Hotel/office and residential complex

The Novocity company was established in the city of Krasnodar (Krasnodar region) in 2003 as part of cooperation of Moscow-based companies Kesko-M and GVA Sawyer to implement investment construction projects. The main trend of the company at present is a development of the mixed-use complex Novocity including hotel/office and residential components and landscaping of the main city embankment.

Novocity is an ultramodern mixed-use complex located in the heart of Russia’s largest port city, Novorossiysk, and directly on the waterfront. Novocity will provide the growing city of Novorossiysk with many modern facilities currently lacking. The project consists of hotel buildings complex of overall area around 100 000 sq.m on a land plot of 5,5 hectares. There is an office complex of international “A” class with retail space (19000 sq.m) on the territory with two buildings and an underground parking facility for 600 cars.

A key component of the Project is the two hotels of international 4 and 3 star category. The Hotels are designed with particular emphasis on the regulations of the future hotel operator Accor. For the convenience of clients and quests, there are retail areas on the first floor and on the ground floor. Also the project includes municipal and commercial parkings, yacht-clubs, bars, shops, concert pavilion and jazz-club.

In the first phase it is planned to construct 200 hotel rooms, in the second — administration building, in the third — residential, high quality multi-storeyed houses.

Nowadays we continue working on landscaping of the complex area. Effective space usage, functional configuration and thorough landscaping of the area provide maximum performance of investments and make a new complex the most up-to-date in the region.
