A 3-star hotel of European level
Sawyer Group performed overall management of the project as developer, including management of approval documentation work-out, obtaining permissions, elaboration of project solutions in cooperation with Accor international hotel operator, general contractor tender conduction, construction management. After completion of structural works, the project was handed over to the owner and operator for the accomplishment of the hotel fit-out and equipment works.
A 3 star Ibis hotel was designed and constructed in the historical center of Saint-Petersburg, at 54 Ligovsky prospect in the place of two dilapidated buildings.
The hotel concept is a 3 star hotel providing European level of equipment and service. This concept was determined by a shortage of inexpensive quality hotel facilities in the Northern Capital. The hotel building was constructed with account of trends and requirements of the market and complies with the world standards of hotel business.
KESCO oil company acted as the key investor of the project.

- The buliding houses a restaurant (216 sq m), a bar (77 sq m) and 3 conference halls totaling 180 sq m
