The Pine Forest — a lowrise suburban, residential development on the territory of the Presidential Administration sanatorium Desna. In 1998 Sawyer Group finalaized construction of second phase of the settlement, that includes houses for one family and high-level blocked cottages. The settlement meaned for rent for top-level managers of large Russian banks and companies. Sawyer Group architects developed projets of houses, that provide absolute minimum loss of spaces. Finishing materials of high quality were imported from Italy.
