Sawyer Group held training webinars in Kazakhstan on “Office and Retail Property Management” at the invitation of Central Asia Real Estate Business School and CREW platform

On August 24 and 25, Elena Shevchuk, Partner at Sawyer Group, and Yulia Merova, Head of Leasing Department at Discount Centre LLC held online seminars on “Office and Retail Property Management” for real estate market professionals in Kazakhstan.
Sawyer Group regularly holds training seminars as part of the Real Estate Business School organized by our partner in Kazakhstan – Kazakhstan Networking Partners. Sawyer Group’s partners – commercial property specialists – also participate in the seminars to study the current practices of the Russian market. Yulia Merova, who has been in charge of tenant relations at Ordzhonikidze 11 Shopping Centre for more than 5 years, conducted the training on the topic “Lease Relations in Shopping/Shopping & Entertainment Centres”.
Currently the property market of Kazakhstan is experiencing active growth: growth of investments in property, new tenants entering the market, minimal vacancy rate.
